Job summary

Ivy Health in New Jersey seeks a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a caring team and shape a clinic from the ground up, with equity partner potential.

You will mentor staff, develop community relationships, and partner with Ivy Rehab on marketing, HR, compliance, IT, and operations to support growth.

The role offers a compensation range of $105,000–$125,000 per year, plus bonus paths and relocation options.

Qualifications

• DPT from accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.

Responsibilities
