Ideal candidates have 2+ years of clinical experience, PA license or ability to obtain, and expertise in spinal decompression or Class IV Laser therapy; leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree required.
• Active Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain one.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Proficiency or certification in spinal decompression and/or Class IV Laser management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient care.
• Create and manage care plans for patients.
• Educate patients to drive retention and outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Chiropractic Assistants and staff.
• Oversee daily clinic flow and patient experience.
• Run team meetings and staff development.
