HCRC Consulting is seeking an experienced Chiropractor to join as Clinic Director in the East Petersburg/Lancaster area. The Lead DC will blend hands-on patient care with clinic management, mentoring, and strategic growth in a modern wellness practice.

Qualifications

• DC degree required and active PA license (or ability to obtain).
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Spinal decompression and/or Class IV Laser proficiency preferred.
• Strong adjusting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Team player with growth mindset and community focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient care.
• Create and manage care plans.
• Educate patients and drive retention and outcomes.
• Utilize therapies such as spinal decompression, Class IV laser, and digital X-ray (training available).
• Lead and mentor Chiropractic Assistants and staff.
• Oversee daily clinic flow and patient experience.
• Run team meetings and support staff development.
• Collaborate with ownership on clinic performance and growth.
• Participate in local events, screenings, and outreach.
• Help drive new patient growth and clinic visibility.
