Job summary

Northeast Health Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinic Director to lead an outpatient mental health clinic, guiding therapists, psychiatric providers, and admin staff toward clinical excellence and growth.

You will drive data‑driven decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of psychological safety and collaboration for high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field required.
• Independent clinical license required where applicable.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
• Management experience with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of mental health regulations, EMRs, medical terminology, and pharmacology.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork and excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with current psychiatric care standards and trends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of therapists, front office staff, and interventional personnel.
• Lead clinic decision‑making, supervise clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic productivity and performance using data‑driven strategies.
• Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support front office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding.
• Collaborate to improve work environment, reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management.

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
