Our client, a physical and occupational therapy leader, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Director to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. As a Clinic Director, you will lead a team of therapists with the goal of providing exceptional patient care and helping patients restore their ability to move and live their best lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, spending an average of 40 minutes with each individual
- Oversee patient care by directing and managing a team of therapists
- Manage clinical and administrative operations for the clinic location
- Work closely with other clinic directors and the management team to ensure that the clinic operates with integrity and provides the best possible representation of the organization
- Lead the team in providing compassionate, evidence-based care for the orthopedic outpatient caseload, which includes ortho, sports medicine, and post-surgical patients
- Participate in the company's Track to Leadership program, clinical special interest groups, educational events, and mentoring program
Requirements
- Must have an NYS Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy License and valid CPR certification
- Minimum of three years of clinical outpatient experience, including two years of clinical supervision or clinical program development experience; a certificate of specialization, where applicable is preferred
- Active membership and involvement in professional organizations is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision‑making abilities
- Ability to work well in a busy clinic environment and foster teamwork
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills
- Experience treating general ortho, post‑op, and sports medicine patients
