Job summary

Metro PT is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to lead the Jericho clinic. You’ll oversee clinical and financial operations, mentor staff, and foster strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and the community.

This is a growth-focused role within a progressive, well-equipped practice. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient care, a NY license, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient settings.
• Strong leadership qualities are required.
• Mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates.
• Cultivate relationships with community, patients, and referral sources.
• Grow the clinic through marketing efforts with Metro’s sales and marketing teams.
• Develop customized plans of care based on up-to-date evidence-based practices.
• Provide timely communication with referral sources.
• Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care is completed.
• Complete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes timely.
• Set and achieve professional goals and career growth.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
• NY Physical Therapist License.
• 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Strong leadership qualities is a must
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$115,000.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
