Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Studio City, CA seeks an energetic Clinic Director to lead a single outpatient orthopedics clinic and drive growth, staff management, budgeting, and patient flow.

The role offers a $100,000–$125,000 annual salary with quarterly incentives up to 15% of base pay and potential equity partnership opportunities. This position emphasizes leadership, efficiency, and superior patient care across the clinic team.

Competenze

• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant/Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

About The Role
