Job summary

Results Physiotherapy in River Oaks - Houston is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our PT team and oversee daily clinic operations. You will maintain a full caseload (10-12 patients per day) and ensure high-quality patient care with a focus on outcomes and service excellence.

As a leader within Upstream Rehabilitation, you will mentor clinicians, collaborate with staff, and drive growth while upholding the clinic’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience leading a PT clinic is preferred.
• Ability to manage clinicians and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and patient care quality.
• Manage daily caseload and schedule 10-12 patients per day.
• Lead a team of therapists and staff, mentor new grads.
