Job summary

Breakthrough ABA in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time janitorial associate to maintain a clean and safe clinic environment for our therapy sessions with children.

You will perform cleaning, sanitation, and organization of therapy rooms, bathrooms, and common areas after regular shifts, with pay of $12 per hour and a schedule that includes two weekday evenings and a weekend shift.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to follow the schedule.
• Able to work independently and follow cleaning instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in a clinic serving children.
• Pre-employment screening required.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize therapy rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and clinic spaces.
• Disinfect surfaces and shared materials regularly.
• Empty trash and keep areas clean and presentable.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Restock cleaning supplies and paper products.
• Notify management of low supplies or maintenance needs.
• Assist with general clinic tasks as needed.

Job description

Pay:

$12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Two weekday shifts from 3:00-7:00 PM
• One five-hour shift on Saturday or Sunday
• Specific days and weekend hours will be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize therapy rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other clinic spaces.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including tables, chairs, door handles, and shared materials.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms after client use as needed.
• Empty trash and keep all areas clean and presentable.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors as needed.
• Keep therapy rooms and common areas organized and free of clutter.
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and other necessary items.
• Clean spills, messes, and high-use areas promptly.
• Ensure toys and materials are returned to their appropriate locations.
• Follow all clinic cleaning, sanitation, health, health, and safety procedures.
• Notify management when supplies are running low or maintenance concerns are identified.
• Assist with general clinic tasks as needed.
