Essentia Health - Mid Dakota Bismarck 9th St Clinic is seeking a Clinic Care Technician to help maintain patient flow, greet and room patients, and obtain vitals in the ENDOCRINOLOGY clinic. The role includes rooming patients, assisting with clerical duties, stocking, and supporting chart documentation in the EMR system.

Responsibilities include scheduling support, following up on no-shows, and assisting with exams under supervision.

Qualifications

• CNA experience preferred
• Customer service skills
• Ability to follow direction and perform tasks within scope of role
• Experience in healthcare or patient care experience
• Experience using electronic medical record
• Medical terminology

• Processes incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes as needed, prints and updates forms, answers internal phone calls, and may place office supply orders

Job Description:

The Clinic Care Technician is primarily responsible for providing assistance with daily patient flow in the clinic setting. These duties may include greeting and rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting in patient chart, stocking, and cleaning exam room, ordering and maintaining clinic supplies, assisting with clerical duties, and all other duties as assigned. This position may float to support other areas as assigned.
