Campbell Clinic in Germantown, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Business Services Specialist to manage patient billing workflows, collect balances, enter charges, and ensure all information is accurately captured in the PM system for timely claims.

The role greets visitors, verifies documentation, schedules follow-ups, prints registration forms, maintains cash drawer, and supports physicians and staff with reliable administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience required; physician's office operations preferred.
• Computer Skills: Must be computer literate; basic computer skills; must be able to type.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients to determine needs and directs them accordingly.
• Collects documentation from patient and enters into PM system.
• Collects copay, coinsurance or other balances owed.
• Prints billing slip for physician to mark services performed.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and cancels appointments due to no show.
• Enters charges same day of service.
• Ensures claims are in drop status at charge entry.
• Maintains cash drawer and balances it daily.
• Verifies that all billing slips are submitted at the end of the day.
• Prints registration forms from medical record system for future appointments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
