Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is opening a brand-new Gilbert, AZ clinic and seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services without billable-hour pressure.

You will supervise a team, develop treatment plans, train caregivers, and oversee VB-MAPP/ABLLS/FBAs while collaborating with families and professionals. The schedule features a unique 3-day work week, strong administrative support, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support.
• Complete clinical supervision and case oversight.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and FBAs.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes.
