Behavioral Framework, LLC in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a BCBA to lead and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians in a brand-new clinic setting with a flexible block schedule. You will design and update individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP), provide parent training, and collaborate with families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA
• Experience with Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
