Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-clinic work in the Northeast. The role includes a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and extensive professional growth opportunities through CEU stipends and internal conferences.

You’ll deliver evidence-based ABA services to children, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and collaborate with regional directors to ensure the highest standard of care and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• State licensure where required by law.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours per week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to ensure best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state compliance.
