The role offers a total compensation package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually with performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership potential as you advance to Sr. BCBA. Remote work days, weekday schedules, ample PTO and CEU support are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required or strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and mentoring staff.
• Strong collaboration with families to set goals and track progress.
