Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in our Salt Lake County clinic. You will work under a BCBA supervisor, implement individualized treatment plans, and help children build meaningful skills in a space designed for therapy.

This role suits RBTs seeking consistent clinic hours, with competitive pay ($22–$27/hr) based on experience and credentials, plus mentorship and supervision for BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by your supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET).
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session.
• Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and your BCBA on client progress, session strategies, and problem-solving.
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and clinic safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned.

Position Overview

Requirements

• Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance
