Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy at our Salt Lake County clinic. Join a collaborative team with BCBA supervision on-site, no in-home visits, and a single clinic location.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology/education preferred
• Reliable transportation to the clinic in South Salt Lake
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; genuine passion for working with children with autism

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by a supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets after each session
• Collaborate daily with RBTs and BCBA on client progress and session strategies
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings and generalization activities
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and clinic safety protocols
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Position Overview

As a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a vibrant, team-oriented clinic — not alone in someone's home. You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA who's physically present and accessible, implement individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful skills with your clients in a space that's purpose-built for therapy.
