Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is hiring for a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in South Salt Lake, UT. This full- or part-time clinic role offers direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children, supported by a BCBA, in a collaborative, in-clinic setting.

You will work with a team of RBTs and BCBAs, gain mentorship, and contribute to skill-building programs designed to improve client outcomes in a dedicated clinic space.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake.
• Able to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic under supervision.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Collaborate daily with RBTs and BCBA on client progress and strategies.
• Participate in parent training sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and clinic safety protocols.
• Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned.
