Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is hiring a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Salt Lake County. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a collaborative clinic setting, supervised by a BCBA who is nearby, with structured, therapy-focused rooms designed for effective sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in clinic as directed by supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET).
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Collaborate daily with RBTs and BCBA on client progress and strategies.
• Participate in parent training sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with assessments, materials prep, and therapy session organization.
• Follow BIPs and clinic safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality.
