Job summary

The Learning Consultants in Sparks, Nevada, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Candidates must love working with children and be willing to obtain their RBT credential. The position offers a pay rate starting from $18.00 per hour, with expected hours of 15-20 per week. Benefits include health insurance, 3 weeks of PTO, and a $500 signing bonus for RBTs already registered in Nevada.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and a love for helping them learn.
• Willingness to work with individuals who may engage in challenging behavior.
• Ability to stand for long durations and move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention to children.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Complete job readiness activities and comply with medical service requirements.

Skills

Experience with children

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Fluency in ASL and/or Spanish

Education

RBT credential from the BACB and NV Board
