Job summary

The Learning Consultants is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Sparks, NV. You will deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention to children, following a treatment plan developed by a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

The role includes paid training, opportunities for credential advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have a passion for children, reliability, and the ability to obtain or hold an RBT registration with BACB and NV Board.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and a love for helping them learn
• High school diploma is required
• Progress toward or possession of RBT credential (BACB/NV Board) and ability to obtain registration in NV within weeks.
• Fluent in ASL and/or Spanish

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention to children per the treatment plan
• Follow the registered behavior technician (RBT) process and complete required training
• Maintain safety and compliance during sessions and transport
• Support fieldwork experience and supervision as part of professional growth
• Schedule availability and reliability for part-time shifts
