Job summary

ABA Rehab for All, Behavior & Therapy Services in Pueblo, CO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for clinic-based ABA therapy. You will work under BCBA supervision delivering one-on-one sessions and supporting skill development in children.

Part-time and full-time roles are available. The team emphasizes data collection, treatment plan fidelity, and family education to maximize client progress in a structured clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and behavior protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Build rapport and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Prompt and teach replacement behaviors (communication, social, and daily living skills).
• Fade prompts to encourage independent skill development.
• Collect accurate behavior data (frequency, duration, ABC data, etc.).
• Follow treatment plans with consistency and clinical integrity.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical team members.
• Support caregiver and family education when applicable.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ABA ethical standards.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings.
