Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Experience with BestRx software preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced clinic pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and staffing to ensure patient access.
• Mentor pharmacy staff and uphold accuracy, productivity, and customer care.
• Counsel patients and collaborate with clinicians on drug interactions.
