Jobot is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead day-to-day operations for an in-house clinic pharmacy in Winter Haven, FL. The role emphasizes staff leadership, patient care, and operational excellence in a safety-net setting.

The position requires a PharmD or PharmD-equivalent, an active Florida license, and experience with BestRx. It offers medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match. On-site, permanent role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree or PharmD from an accredited university.
• Active Florida pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience using BestRx pharmacy software.
• Strong leadership, customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, staffing, scheduling, workflow, accuracy, productivity, and customer service.
• Fill and dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide medication counseling, therapy management, reconciliation, and patient education.
• Collaborate with providers to address interactions and other medication-related concerns.
• Support benefits investigations, financial-assistance options, claim rejection resolution, and medication access.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and consistent pharmacy standards.
• Review performance indicators and implement improvements with Alchemy's central operations team.
• Build strong relationships with clinic providers, administrators, case managers, patients, and community partners.
