Job summary

Alchemy builds and operates in-house pharmacies for safety net clinics, focusing on HIV and hepatitis C populations. The Pharmacy Manager / PIC leads a clinic-based in-house pharmacy in Winter Haven, FL, building a strong team, delivering patient-centered care, and ensuring regulatory compliance aligned with the clinic’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active Florida pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience using BestRx pharmacy software.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel/Google Workspace.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and provide culturally sensitive care.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and staffing to ensure patient access.
• Supervise pharmacy team with clear expectations for accuracy, productivity and patient care.
• Fill and dispense prescriptions per laws and standards.
• Provide medication counseling, MTM, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with physicians to address interactions and concerns.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient information handling.
