Job summary

Care First Rehab is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our clinic team in Cary, NC. Under the supervision of a registered OT, you will deliver therapy services to a diverse population—from infants to seniors—within a collaborative multi-disciplinary setting.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, instruct in ADLs and motor skills, and work closely with PT/OT/SLP to ensure holistic patient progress while maintaining accurate documentation and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current state OTA license.
• Comfort treating both Adult and Pediatric patients.
• Experience in a clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide direct instruction in ADLs, fine/gross motor skills, and sensory processing.
• Collaborate with Speech and Physical Therapists to support holistic progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
