Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatrics clinic with a notably low caseload of 6 clients, enabling high-quality, individualized ABA therapy.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support children with ASD and developmental disabilities, providing supervision, mentorship, and family-centered care in a supportive clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
• Two years BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor BAs in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, Nursing, and other disciplines for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure BACB/organizational compliance.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
