Job summary

Gold Vine ABA in Augusta, Georgia seeks a full-time BCBA to lead clinical programming and supervise a passionate team in a 100% clinic-based setting. You will guide behavioral programming, mentor RBTs and BCaBAs, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Ability to work full-time in person at Augusta, GA clinic.
• Strong leadership, clinical mentorship, and communication skills.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, behavioral assessments, and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide high–quality, in-person supervision and hands-on training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Review data, update programming, and run parent training sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold a family-centered clinic culture.
