Colorado Allergy and Asthma Centers seeks a Medical Assistant to deliver direct and indirect patient care for adults and children in a busy clinic. The role includes front desk tasks, appointment scheduling, and insurance processing, under supervision of physicians, clinic manager, and office administrators.

The ideal candidate has completed an accredited Medical Assistant program, holds CPR certification, and is HepB vaccinated, with a positive, team-oriented approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• HepB vaccination required.
• Experience with front desk duties and basic billing/insurance processing.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform front desk duties: answer phones, check in/out patients.
• Schedule appointments and process billing/insurance information.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and office management to ensure smooth clinic operations.

We have been treating adult and pediatric patients for nearly 54 years who suffer with allergies, asthma and immunology-related illnesses.Position Purpose: This non-exempt, full-time position is responsible for direct and indirect care of adult and pediatric patients under the direction of the physicians, Clinic Manager and Office Administrative Manager.
