Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to Victoria, MN.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for new and existing patients.
• Process credit card payments for copays and patient balances.
• Work with patients on past-due accounts to set up payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve denied claims to obtain reimbursement.
• Coordinate with clinicians to obtain insurance authorizations.
• Submit claims accurately and on schedule.
• Log and attribute insurance and patient receipts; monitor aging receivables.
• Respond to payer inquiries in a timely manner.
