Job summary

ABC is hiring a Clinic Admissions Associate to handle daily administrative tasks in busy clinics, manage documents, track people and things, and coordinate communications with referral sources.

You will assist inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families, become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how we help children and families, and support operations leadership while embodying our core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun.

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics (document management, tracking people and things, internal and external communication with referral sources).
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to assist operations manager and clinical leadership, embody core values and be a cultural role model.
