Austin Regional Clinic is seeking an administrative/analytical support professional to assist the Clinic Management team. The role prioritizes, organizes and executes projects while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Required: High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of office assisting or clerical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and analytical support to members of the Clinic Management team.
  • Assists support staff, providers, and management to ensure clinic efficiency.
  • Receives calls from patients and providers and provides resolution or routing to management.
  • Helps maintain provider schedules and time off requests.
  • Coordinates facility requests.
  • Formats, types, and proofs correspondence including memos, letters, and other documentation.
  • Assists in coordinating meetings, issuing reminders, confirming attendance, and ordering requested items for meetings.
  • Responsible for ensuring the completion of clinic projects.
  • Performs essential clerical functions.
  • Adheres to OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.
  • Regular and dependable attendance.
  • Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company, reviewable on ARC SharePoint.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

PURPOSE

Provides administrative/analytical support to Clinic Management team. Prioritizes, organizes and executes projects and tasks. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Provides administrative and analytical support to members of the Clinic Management team.
  • Provides assistance to the support staff, providers, and management team to ensure efficiency of the clinic.
  • Receives calls from patients and providers and provides resolution or disseminates to appropriate member of Management team in a timely manner.
  • Helps maintain provider schedules and time off requests
  • Coordinates facility requests
  • Formats, types, and proofs correspondence including memos, letters, and other documentation
  • Assists in the coordination of meetings, issuing reminders, confirming attendance, and ordering requested items for the meetings.
  • Responsible for ensuring the completion of clinic projects.

  • Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience

Required: High school diploma or GED.

Preferred: Two (2) years of office assisting or clerical experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications with intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to perform job functions, troubleshoot problems and make decisions without direct supervision.
  • Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instruction and must be able to communicate with co-workers to perform duties as part of a work group.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm plus occasional early morning, evening and/or weekend hours as required by business needs.
