Job summary

SOL Mental Health seeks a Therapy Supervisor to lead a designated therapist cohort while maintaining a caseload and delivering direct patient care.

You'll supervise associate and licensed therapists, implement policy, coordinate referrals, and partner with the Practice Manager to ensure excellent patient experience in a collaborative, clinician-centered team. This role offers growth within an integrated care model and strong admin support.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in CO.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of communicating and implementing policies to the therapy team.
• Partner with Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff.
• Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers.
• Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills.
• Provide coaching and support.
• Participate in the hiring process.
• Identify training needs for clinical team members.
• Lead case consultation sessions.
• This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort. In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors will maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.

• $80,000 salary plus additional bonus of up to $20,000 a year (paid out quarterly based on metrics met)
