Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure participant safety at the climbing wall.
• Open and close the climbing wall.
• Check in and supervise climbers.
• Teach belay courses and conduct belay tests.
• Inspect and manage equipment inventory.
• Set climbing routes (with approval from the Assistant Director).
• Maintain the climbing wall and facility.
• Attend regular Outdoors staff meetings and all-staff training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
