Stephens Family YMCA is seeking Climbing Wall Staff to build positive relationships with members and guests using the climbing wall. Responsibilities include belaying climbers, instructing climbing techniques, maintaining safety equipment and supervising climbers to ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of climbing equipment and safety practices.
• Experience instructing climbing classes preferred.
