Job summary

A fitness and climbing gym in Oklahoma City is looking for an Instruction Supervisor who will enhance the client experience through effective instruction and support. The Supervisor will oversee instructor training, create lesson plans, and ensure the climbing wall’s operational safety standards. Successful candidates will bring at least two years of instructional experience and relevant certifications, alongside a deep enthusiasm for health and fitness. This part-time role requires on-site presence and hands-on management of climbing classes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in teaching group and individual classes.
• Must be passionate about health and fitness.
• Experience with MindBody (MBO) software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in climbing classes to ensure client progress.
• Train new instructors on Threshold processes.
• Perform safety checks of the climbing wall.
