Touchstone Climbing in San Francisco is seeking friendly Front Desk Staff to welcome members and guests, handle inquiries, process memberships, and support daily operations. The role offers flexible hours with both part-time and full-time options, including evenings and weekends, and a competitive starting wage of $20.00 per hour along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to remain friendly and calm while handling customer needs.
• Comfortable and proficient with computers and point of sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring visitors complete waivers and check in according to gym policies.
• Answering calls and responding to emails at the front desk.
• Processing memberships and online transactions.
• Managing calendar reservations.
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally.
• Selling merchandise and climbing gear in the retail shop.
• Maintaining gym safety standards and a clean environment.
• Supporting other team members and contributing to a positive team.
