Job summary

Congruent Ventures in San Francisco is seeking a growth equity analyst to support its $300M Continuity Fund. In this role, you will evaluate and execute investments primarily in climate tech-focused portfolio companies, performing financial analyses and conducting due diligence.

This position requires working in-office 3 days a week at our downtown location.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of work experience in growth equity, private equity, investment banking, or related field.
• Strong skills in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding work ethic with a self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses for investments.
• Conduct due diligence including market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Prepare investment memos for internal and external stakeholders.
