Qualifications
- 1–2 years in investment banking or a related field.
- Experience in due diligence and reviewing financial and legal documents.
- Strong track record, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all deal stages from origination to execution.
- Lead detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis for deals.
- Perform sector and thematic research and develop investment theses.
- Assist with due diligence and prepare materials for investment committee.
- Support fundraising with marketing materials.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and LP relations.
- Coordinate with potential financial partners and co-investors.
- Coordinate portfolio reporting and quarterly valuations.
