Job summary

AccuWeather is seeking a Product Manager for Climate Services to enhance Climate Ready offerings, focusing on scalability and performance. You will champion the Climate Services roadmap, working with Sales, Business, Operations, Marketing, and Development to integrate Climate Services across AccuWeather's B2B platforms.

You will lead the product vision, manage features and releases, and collaborate with design to deliver client-facing outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Atmospheric Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in ingesting, manipulating and analyzing weather datasets.
• Experience supporting the creation and/or maintenance of products related to weather.
• Experience with climate-related products will be a strong differentiator.
• Innovative mindset with a desire to work on a variety of projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enjoys collaborating in a team environment with daily stand-ups and brainstorming.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the subject matter expert for climate-related products and drive next-gen solutions.
• Define scientific goals and rapid prototyping in a cloud-based environment.
• Research climate services competitors to understand data, platform capabilities, and pricing.
• Create the roadmap of new features and releases for Climate Services.
• Collaborate with Design to apply UX/UI best practices for client-facing outputs.
• Define strategy to integrate Climate Services into AccuWeather's B2B environment.
• Assist Sales and Business in pricing strategy for Climate Services.
• Join client meetings as the voice of the product team for Climate Services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
