Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of program management experience in high‑intensity, team‑based environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage grant portfolios and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to designated programs and the Climate Center.
  • Maintain award data, documentation, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Review and prioritize inquiries related to reporting, payments, and progress.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, templates, trackers, and data systems (e.g., Airtable).
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and convenings to advance program goals.
  • Assist in award selection, due diligence, and documentation of execution.
  • Support collaboration across Schmidt entities to connect insights to organizational needs.
