Responsibilities

• Maintain calendar and schedule for Climate co-directors.
• Answer and screen telephone calls and handle routine emails.
• Prepare materials for meetings and other scheduled activities.
• Monitor and support the Climate Team to meet deadlines.
• Prepare agendas and draft climate-related materials for meetings with trustees and partners.
• Draft and manage routine correspondence and proofread reports.
• Process travel arrangements and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with Grants Management Team on climate grant data.
• Generate contracts and handle invoices.
