Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in nonprofit, public, or private sector.
• Understanding of climate and energy policy issues and the nonprofit/philanthropic landscape.
• Knowledge of New England and the Northeast region is an asset.
• Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop grantmaking strategies with the Climate team to maximize impact.
• Identify grant opportunities, evaluate proposals, and assist organizations to strengthen proposals and activities.
• Manage active grants and analyze financial and programmatic reports to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Climate Resilience and Mobility teams; draft internal analyses for leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with grantees and field experts to share best practices and insights.
