Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. in New York is seeking a Team Leader for Climate and Nature Data to guide a high-performing team and expand data coverage.

You will ensure data quality, timeliness, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, News, Sales, and governance teams to drive impact across Bloomberg’s climate offerings. The role requires strong leadership in climate data, with a focus on collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience in climate science/finance/policy space.
• Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across global teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and sophisticated data projects related to climate & nature datasets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Bloomberg New Energy Finance, Bloomberg Intelligence, and Sales.
