FFL grew in response to these needs, and today, we focus on racial justice, climate justice, criminal justice reform, economic justice, gender justice, and support for Louisiana's vibrant arts and culture.
The Program Officer is responsible for grantmaking to support FFL’s climate justice strategy which was co-created in close partnership with nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and other diverse partners. The program officer will support issue/campaign-based organizing and collective power-building while driving resources towards the development of partner organizations, complementary coalitions, and movement/community leaders in ways that reflect the wisdom of the people, communities, and organizations on the frontlines of climate justice.
