Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead policy development across housing, climate, energy, and infrastructure.
• Represent the office in interagency discussions and external negotiations.
• Advise leadership on regulations, legislation, and proposals affecting housing and communities.
• Develop cross-secretariat policy positions and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with agencies on building codes, energy policy, and environmental permitting.
