Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communications, marketing, atmospheric or environmental sciences, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience communicating scientific information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement plans and programs across climate research projects.
• Translate complex climate science into accessible content for varied audiences.
• Design and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Coordinate engagement events, including logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to expand engagement impact.
