Job summary

Soccer Village is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are organized and ready for the next step in our operation.

Our facility is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable environment year-round. This role offers a hands-on, active position within a supportive team focused on accuracy, safety, and reliability.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Ability to lift and move items; stand, walk, bend, reach.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise and deliveries.
Verify shipments against invoices and orders.
Inspect products for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies.
Label and store inventory in designated locations.
Enter and maintain receiving data using computer systems.
Report shortages, damaged merchandise, and discrepancies to management; assist with counts and replenishment.
Collaborate with team and other departments to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
