Job summary

Polygon US is seeking a Service Technician to install, repair and operate temporary climate control equipment at customer sites. You will work under the supervision of a project lead, ensuring safety and quality while upholding Polygon’s integrity, excellence and empathy values.

The role requires hands-on electrical/HVAC/mechanical knowledge, physical work, and willingness to travel 1–3 weeks for projects. Training is provided within the first 6 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of technical school or two years on the job experience in a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and basic mechanical skills. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform duties that are physical in nature.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel on short notice (1-3 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and demobilize temporary climate control equipment on project sites.
• While not working on assigned projects, utilize down time to maintain, and prepare equipment for upcoming projects.
• Complete Polygon Provided Training Requirements within the first 6 months of employment including OSHA-10, DOT, forklift and aerial lift certifications, safety data sheet training, trailer load securement, and electrical safety courses.
