Job summary

Roarke Regenerative is seeking a full-time Content Development professional for remote work, focused on research-driven storytelling across digital and print channels. You will plan content strategies and craft articles, newsletters, and social media posts that reflect the organization’s mission and brand voice.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information, highlight project impact, and ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Content Development and Content Strategy for mission-driven organizations or comparable fields.
• Strong Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in Research, including sourcing, verifying, and synthesizing information related to environmental and nonprofit work.
• Familiarity with digital communication channels, such as websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in content planning, drafting, and editing.
• Interest or background in environmental science, sustainability, climate action, or nonprofit advocacy is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Environmental Studies, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit articles, social media posts, newsletters, and educational materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and highlight project impact.
